Destination Paris France

It is true what they say, there is nothing like Paris in the springtime, actually there is nothing like Paris all year around and once you are there you can’t help but fall in love with it. Paris is home to world-renowned attractions, art galleries, museums, parks and gardens. It is fondly referred to as “The City of Light” and has some of the most beautiful sites in the world.
One of the most well-know attractions in Europe is the Eiffle Tower. It really is a site to behold. The line-ups to get in are usually quite long but it is well worth the wait. You can view the city from several levels. The higher you go the better the view gets and once you reach the top level the view is simply spectacular. At night, the tower is lit up and every hour a spectacular light show lights up the city. The tower also has some wonderful restaurants for dining as well as gift shops where you can find a great selection of souvenirs.
The Champs Elysées is know as the most famous street in Paris and has many high fashion boutiques for shopping and restaurants featuring exquisite cuisine for your dining pleasure. It stretches from the Arc de Triumphe and goes all the way down to the Place de la Concorde.
Taking a cruise along the Seine River is truly a unique way to see the sites of Paris. The cruise takes you under some of the most beautiful ornate bridges in the city and past some of the major sites such as the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Musee D’Orsay. It’s not only worth it to take a tour during the day but also in the evening as the city and the sites look spectacular all lit up at night.
Notre Dame Cathedral with its dramatic towers, stained glass and statues will take your breath away. No wonder it is considered one of the most beautiful cathedrals in all of Europe. Climb the north tower to view the city from the very spot from which the hunchback Quasimodo viewed it.
There are so many sites and attractions in Paris that are a must see that it is hard to know just where to start especially if it is your first visit. Check out the link below, it has some really good information that will help you out.
